The school year at Lycée Français de Séoul  (LFS) begins in early September and ends in early July. 

It is structured around three terms: September to December, January to March, April to June.

It is also divided into five periods separated by two-week school vacations. The Korean holidays of Seollal and Chuseok are observed.
